Speakers/Delegates Privacy Policy Updates

Attendee’s data is any information that relates to individual identified or identifiable that provided directly to us through our conference sites will be ostensible from the context.

We’ll not store or collect any data of your Credit/Debit Card details when registering or after your registration through Online. We’ll only collect your full name, e-mail address, phone number.

MODIFICATION IN WEBSITE:

Nexellence Research Group reserves the right to change the context of website and also in Terms & Conditions.

PAYMENT METHODS:

For Online registration the Credit/Debit card details and payments made through the online secure payment site through our website respective Conference & webinars.

Attendees who are registered through Bank, we’ll provide auto-generated invoice for registration. We’d like to inform you to quote the Invoice number & Speaker as a reference and we’ll send you the payment confirmation shortly after your registration.

Attendees who are going registration in On-site must be made their registration fee of their respective conference through Onsite registration desk and mode of payments will be Cash or Credit Card.

VISA INFORMATION:

Nexellence Research Group will not contact directly to any embassies or consulates on behalf of your visa applications.

We request all the participants to apply for Visa process at the earliest and we can only provide supporting documents for registered participants like Invitation Letter, Accommodation Letter (If you booked from our side) and Abstract acceptance letter (only for approved abstracts).

Incase if participant visa applications got rejected, Nexellence Research Group will not take any responsibility and cannot come under the Consideration of cancellation policy including the inability to obtain a visa.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

Hotel Management has their own cancellation policies, generally apply for cancellations of accommodation will be 60days prior to your arrival date. Please inform or contact us at the earliest if you wish to extend or amend or cancel your accommodation. We advise you to enquire prior regarding the cancellation or amending your accommodation booking to ensure of any non-refundable deposits.

INSURANCE & TRANSPORTATION:

Registration fee doesn’t include any kind of insurance and transportation of the registrants.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Nexellence Research Group reserves the complete right to holds the sole discretion any conferences/webinars to cancel or postpone incase of any unavoidable, unforeseeable circumstances, calamities, natural disasters.

If the conference/webinar postponed by causes of the above beyond the organizer control.The registrant fee and accommodation will be automatically transferred future or next schedule or any another related (depends upon the speaker interest) conference/webinar from the date of postponement. Refund policy will nnot be applicable in this circumstances.

Regarding the Cancellations or alternations of registration fee of the registrants, he/she need to be contact in writing to conference/webinar manager or mangement through email to conference/webinar Email ID or finance@nexellenceresearchgroup.com

Refund Policy & Registration Transfer:

Registrants are eligible to transfer their registration fee from one to another with prior notice to the Program Manager and needs to confirmed through email one month prior to the date of the event commencement in writing to finance@nexellenceresearchgroup.com by mentioning their complete details including Full name, email addrees, Title of the speech and contact number of the replaced person. Transferred Registrant will not be eligible for any kind of refund in transferred registration fee.

If the registrant participant i.e., Speaker, Student or Delegate is unable to attend or not in situation to transfer their registration fee to another related event or person, the the following refund arrangements will be applied by keeping in view of advanced payments towards the printing, venue &logisitics, taxes and other overheads.

80 days prior to the conference/webinar : Eligible for full refund ( 100 USD deduction towards the administration charges)
80-30 days prior to the conference/webinar : Eligible for 50% refund
Within 30 days of Conference: Non-refundable
E-Poster& Video presentation registration fees will not be refunded.
Special price registration fee are non-refundable and can be transferable to another person or related Conferences/webinars.

Incase of Visa refuse, the registration fee can be transferred to another related conference or can be refunded as per the above refund policy.

Refunds will be made via registrant payment menthod through PayPal or Stripe or Bank transfer and this process will take 7-10 business working days to be reflected on your statement.

RESPONSIBILITY

Nexellence Research Group will not be responsible for participants belongings for any stolen or missing items in the venue and attendees are personally responsible for their belongings at the Hotel venue.
